The world of entertainment is rapidly changing. We used to go to drive in movie theatres and listen to the radio, those activities are foreign to the newer generations who have grown up with the internet and mobile phones.
Even films have seen a big change in the way that they are presented to society. We now have giant screens in movie theatres that project images in high definition quality and three dimensional images. Fifty years ago these types of films would be considered impossible but we do it on a daily basis now.
The history of entertainment is a lot like video payment systems, found here it has evolved over time and continually improves. It does not take much to entertain people anymore because there is so much to do.
We can browse the internet on our mobile phones and even go to the local coffee shop and get secured hi-fi access. Our generation is continually connected in almost every aspect of life.
If our previous generations could see what our society looked like today they would be blown away. They would think that we were replaced by an alien population because our rate of technological change is much faster than it was fifty to sixty years ago. If history tells us anything it is that we should expect big changes in the future.
